The Ministry of Health (MoH), as communicated in our February 16, 2018 memo, has continued to decentralize Training Positions (JRMO & Registrar) and all positions previously under Directorate of Technical Services from MoH- Headquarters (HQ) to Provincial Health Offices.
Therefore, all medical officers currently on HQ payroll (as per attached list) are required to submit their details here by Thursday August 16, 2018 at 17:00 hours. This is in an effort to clean the payroll and to ensure that space is created for the doctors expected to graduate this year. Failure to comply risks future salaries being blocked.
For those currently enrolled as Registrar in Zambia (MMED or STP), kindly indicate your current institutions of training, as your duty station. While those enrolled as Registrars out of Zambia, kindly indicate the institution you served at before your study leaves were approved.
All medical officers/dental officers who have switched Ministries or have resigned from Government should indicate so and email copies of their resignation letters to info@rdaz.org.
